No, customers cannot change the pick-up details after placing the order.
You have to create an account with your phone number. The address can be stored in the application for future usage.
Once you place an order and the merchant accepts it, your order status will change from pending to accepted. You'll also receive an email after your order has been accepted.
We understand that the clients might have to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances. We have given them an option of cancelling the order before the order start’s processing from the merchant’s end. In case, the rider will reach your location to pick up the order, you’ll be charged at the time of cancelling the order.

We've created Order-wise, a feature that allows you to toggle on and off when you're available for new deliveries and pickups. In addition to this, you'll get paid per pickup and delivery.

Your payment will be deposited via NEFT, UPI or wallet within a week. The payment for Monday to Thursday will be cleared on Tuesday, and for Friday to Sunday will be cleared on Thursday.
