Shived lives in Melbourne with his wife, and daughter, Mysha. He began his professional career in Finance & Banking with GE Capital in 2003. In March 2017, he came up with an idea to build a one-stop platform for laundry & dry-cleaning services in India, and began developing the tech in 2020 with the help of his in-house Maxlence team. He founded Maxlence Consulting in 2017, a digital marketing agency which has now evolved into an IT software company that aims for “Aftercare” financial backing as well as for technological development. At Aftercare, he strives to make an impact on society through an organised pricing, timely services, and environmentally responsible ways.
